Lovely spacious double room near Wimbledon

The bedroom is a good size and has a huge three double sized built-in wardrobe from the floor to the ceiling so there is lots of storage space. There are also extra cupboards above. There is a built-in desk next to a large window and a comfortable double bed.

The room is part of a well maintained spacious house with separate kitchen/dining area and living room space on 2 separate floors. There are three bedrooms in total. The house is large and the kitchen and lounge are on opposite sides of the property so it is very spacious. The bathroom and toilet rooms are separate and the bath has a shower over the top.

The house is close to many supermarkets, coffee shops and less than 3 minutes walk away from Raynes Park station. Raynes Park is 3 minutes by train from bustling Wimbledon and the attractions of Wimbledon village, and is 24 minutes direct train to Waterloo. The Sainsburys local is open every day from 7 am to 11 pm which is very convenient. The area is really safe. There is lots of on street parking available near by.

The room is £546.50 a month excluding bills. Water is included in the rent price. The other bills are split between three and include gas, electric, internet, council tax and are approximately £100 a month maximum in winter and less in summer.

The move in date is flexible as I can move out earlier if an earlier date is preferred from the 11th Feb.

I am moving out as I have been offered a job in Oxford, I would love to stay in the house longer if I wasn't moving out of London. The house is shared with 2 lovely professional females in their 20's, a teacher and a legal rights workers. We socialise in the house and often cook and eat together or have a glass of wine together but also have our own time and space. We keep the house clean and tidy and respect each other's space.
