It takes 20 mins to get to London Waterloo and it is 20 mins walk/5mins bus ride to Wimbledon town centre (bus stop just across the road). There is also Sainsburys and Costa just opposite the flat, with other shops ( Waitrose, Boots, Post-Office and a lot more) just around the corner.

Bills are never more than £70-£80 a month which includes, energies, water, council tax, BT broadband. The rent and bills are payable until 5th day of each month. The flat is very quiet and private. There are no agency fees.
