Looking for someone to rent the second room of my recently refurbished, open-plan, ground floor maisonette in Hainault, East London.

Walking distance from Fairlop (Central Line) station, lots of off-road parking, private back garden and spacious shared living area and bathroom.

The room is a good-sized double, is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe additional shelves (not in picture) and space under bad for additional storage - so storage space is not a problem. There is also cabling in the wall that will allow for a TV to be wall-mounted if you so wish, but there is currently no TV included.

I currently live in the flat so you’ll be sharing with me. I had a busy life before coronavirus came to town but I still enjoy socialising with friends as well as spending time in the flat. I am a clean and tidy person and would want my flatmate to be the same.

Suited to someone who also has an independent life but is also happy to chill at home.

Rent is £480 with bills included. References & deposit is required.
