A bright single room in a really nice flat split across two levels. It is positioned in a really great location with a very close walking distance to the tube stations such as Great Portland street, Euston Square and Warren street.
It is also very close to Euston train station. You can quickly walk to regents park or Camden town and also oxford street.
Bus stop 4 minutes walking.

The flat share has:

* 2 toilets with one shower.
* Kitchen with a washing machine
* Living room with a new tv

The shared bills are not included: an additional cost for council tax, internet, water, gas and electricity as well as flat share items will come in addition to the rent (around 70£).

The flatmates are friendly and are all working professionals. We are preferably looking for someone that is friendly and social but who is also respectful of quiet times.

The room will be available from the 9th of July untill the end of July (you will only pay 21 days of rent so 386£)
