We are two professionals looking for two people to take over our current contract with Foxtons (11 months remaining) in a great house in a code-gated complex only moments from Regents Park and within ten minutes walk of Great Portland Street tube station. Warren Street, Euston, Camden and Mornigton Crescent tube station are all within 12 minutes' walk.

The house benefits from a spacious living room which was recently renovated with brand new sofa-bed, coffee table and dining table., The whole house was also recently re-painted. The living room merges into a fully fitted kitchen (including dishwasher and washing machine/dryer).

The house has two large en suite bedrooms (the bigger one has a particularly attractive skylight in addition to the main large window) and an extra shared bathroom (trust us, this third bathroom is a godsend when you have people over). The house also has a couple of storage rooms and an attic.

Importantly, the landlord is very easy to deal with in our experience. So far, all our requests have been granted and paid for without hassle.
