There are excellent pubs and restaurants nearby and supermarkets only a few minutes away.

The room is south facing with big windows. It has a double bed, matching wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and full-length mirror.

This rent is £880 per month rent - Including fixed bills it adds up to £1050 per month.

Fixed Bills included: Water Rates/TV Licence/Council Tax/Service Charge/Broadband.

VARIABLE bills: Gas, Electricity, and Cleaner are about £50/ month/ person.

A few details about myself:
I have moved to London 4 months ago and work as an Analyst in the Tech Industry. In my free time I enjoy being active (yoga, running, the gym,..), cooking with friends, travelling and just being outdoors. Have recently also started getting into gardening- so far unfortunately only with limited results.

Ideally looking to share with someone sociable, tidy, easygoing and independent , preferably female, who is looking for a home and not just a place to crash.
