The flat has a separate kitchen. Well-equipped. Separate shared living room and 2 toilets. The bedroom only comes with the bed and 2 sets of large wardrobe (wall full of wardrobe), and all other furnitures can be brought from me - we can discuss this.

Price £940 per month excluding bills. (With bills about £1100 per month.)

-- The rent of £940 is paid in a total sum of £2820 every 3 months, with the bills being paid monthly. However, at the date of moving in, the payment is rent for 3 months rent and a 5 week deposit of £1085.

Expected move in date is around 18 March, and the current contract is for 3 months to June 2024 (expiring). - There are talks to extend the contract from June onwards which is currently in talks with the agent.
