Room available in NW1, Next to Regent's Park - ear

I'm moving a city, and looking for someone to take over my room. The apartment is located next to Regent's Park (2mins walk) and the closest tube station is Great Portland Street (+ great bus/ public transport links).
The rent is £954 per month excluding bills (+the name change in the contract - £420 single payment).
The deposit is £1058. You'd be taking over my lease and the contract is till 18.8.2024 with the opportunity to renew. The room is available from the beginning of April (flexible).
The room comes furnished with a double bed, nightstand, and a closet. Also my desk, chair and a chest of drawers can be left in the room.
The apartment comes with a spacious kitchen and living room.
You'd be sharing the apartment with two lovely Finnish girls in their mid-20s, both professionals.
The apartment is home to all three people living in the flat and is expected to be treated with respect to everyone's space!
