Double room available for MONDAY-FRIDAY roommate only. This is an exclusive area so rents are high. This is ideally for someone commuting into London and who goes back home on the weekend. The flat is beautifully decorated and has everything you need inc a brand new Superking size bed. Dishwasher, tumble dryer, washing machine, high end designer furniture, Nespresso machine etc etc. The room has two double wardrobes so plenty of storage and TV.
The bathroom will be shared and the person will need to be tidy, respectful, relaxed and reliable.
The flat is within a 5 minute walk of 3 tube stations and a 10 minute walk to Euston, 10 mins walk to St Pancras and 5 minutes from Regents Park.
Applicant will NOT be able to work from home so only people attending work/study daily will be considered. This is one person room only so NO COUPLES.
NO short term tenants-only longer than 3 months
I'm friendly and good company and would like the same although I don't want to live in someones pocket or vice versa-just a good, friendly relationship. Please remember that this is my home and I only what someone that will respect it as such.
