Hello! I will be moving out of my room in a 3-bed flat in Camden/Euston and looking for someone to join 2 girls in the tenancy. The room comes furnished with a double bed, a big couch, a desk, chairs, two wardrobes, a bedside drawer, and a mirror.
The room is the largest in the flat and features a nice balcony that overlooks an allotment garden, providing extra storage space and a place to dry clothes. During sunny days, the room gets filled with really nice sunlight -- an absolute gem in London!

• Loads of grocery and shops just 10-15 mins by walk (Lidl, Sainsbury, M&S, Tesco, Aldi)
• quiet residential neighborhood with lots of gardens around, but very close to Camden High Street for all the fun, lively things that Camden has to offer!
The rent is £1,080, with bills coming up to around £60. If you're a professional, you will be splitting the council tax with another flatmate, paying roughly £93.
