Double Rooms Near Fitzrovia

Hi everyone!

I have 2 rooms available with plenty of storage and brand new furniture in a newly refurbished modern flat. Both rooms come with wardrobes, chest of drawers, desk, bed and bedside table. Even the mattresses are new.

The flat is very conveniently located within a few minutes walk to Great Portland Street, Warren Street and Regents Park tube stations which gives you access to almost all tube lines. It is within a nice quiet square and away from the noise of traffic. Sainsbury's is nearby for groceries etc.

Bills are not included and I estimate this to be about £80 per person per month for everything (gas, electricity, water, internet etc) however this may change. I have only just moved in and I'm in the process of setting this all up and will know more soon.

A little bit about me - I'm a working professional, easy going and pretty chilled. I like to keep things clean and tidy therefore looking for like minded people. Happy to have a chat and hang out but equally I am respectful of people's privacy. I love doing a lot of fun things around London and I'm constantly discovering things. Yoga is one of my big passions at the moment. I also love travelling.
