Hi, I'm looking for someone to replace me on my tenancy contract. I have paid rent until the 21st of December so if you move anytime before, rent is free until then!
The contract ends September 2021 (but can be extended if you want to) and is for single occupancy.

It is a double-bed room within a 5 bedroom apartment in the Langdale flat complex. You will be living with 3 lovely girls. The building is located in NW1, between Camden and Euston. The location is amazing, it is so so close to all the things I think you might need as a student/young professional (plenty of shops, gyms, restaurants and things to do).

10 min walk to UCL main campus/University college hospital.
5 min walk to Regents Park.
10 min from Camden High street/Market.
Very close to Mornington Crescent Station, Warren Street Station and Euston Station.

The rent is £715pcm or £165per week. Security deposit is 4 weeks of rent. All bills included (gas, electric, Internet, council tax).

The room is fully furnished with a desk, double bed, shelving unit and wardrobe.

There's a separate toilet and shower/bath and a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine), all of which are shared.
