Hi everyone! Our flatmate is sadly moving out and we are looking for a lovely 4th female housemate to join us. Ideally you’re between 26-35 and looking to find your dream flat long term.

• Two floors with plenty of space.
• A spacious living room and dining area with stunning views overlooking Regent’s Park.

*Available room:
- lovely bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bathtub
- 960£ rent + ca 200£ bills
- fully furnished, ideally the new housemate would like to take over the furniture

You’ll be sharing the flat with:

• Debbi (27) - she is a biomedical PhD student
• Amalia (30) – she works as a drama teacher
• Me (31) – I work in design
We get along really well and enjoy a good movie night, board games or grabbing drinks together, but we’re equally respectful of personal space.
