Double room in flat share with two mature professional males. We are both tidy (but not clean freaks), and are relaxed,
it's a quiet home, but we are both active and spend as much time in the flat as out. We are sociable and approachable
but don't always feel the need to interact with each other.
The flat is well portioned with a good layout so that you never feel on top of each other, the room for rent is a double room with lots of natural light and good storage as well as direct access to a south west facing balcony.
Shower room with excellent water pressure, 2nd separate W/C, kitchen with breakfast bar, washer dryer, fridge freezer, microwave. GCH, third floor with a lift, we have a cleaner once a fortnight for the bathrooms and kitchen.
All bills included as well as Virgin Fibre optic broadband 100mps (All rooms has a router and wired internet).
Great Location for access and transport. 5-7 minutes walk to Warren Street, Euston,
Euston Square, Great Portland Street Stations. Regent's Park is also less than 5 minute walk.

We are looking for someone who is considerate and will fit into the flat, over the last 15 year
I have only had about 7 flatmates, one stayed for 10 years and one currently 6 years and I'm still in contact with all our former
flatmates all whom enjoyed their time here.
