About the house:

Cosy room available from 13th of December in SW15.
We are open to short+long term rent too
📍Where: we are located in SW15, Roehampton area.
📍Closest tube stations are Putney Bridge and East Putney (both a short bus ride away)
📍Nearest train station is Barnes & Putney Railway
📍Hammersmith is also close, 15 minutes bus ride away

👭Who will you be living with?
You will be sharing the upstairs area with three other girls. You will share bathroom with the girls only
👫Partner and I live downstairs separate, but you won’t see us much around as we are out of the house most of the time. We all share the kitchen and communal areas. The kitchen is fully equipped and you are welcome to ise anytime. All appliances and utensils are for your use.
🐱🐱 We also have two cats: Lily and Simba, who you won’t be much in contact with (unless you want to 😃), as they live downstairs with us.

The household 🧘‍♀️
This is a chilled household where we all respect each other’s privacy. We are all professionals/students who are busy with our own thing, but watching out for each other and always happy to help wherever we can+ have a chat etc. when we see each other

💵 The rent is £800/month with EVERYTHING included, all bills, council tax, internet, cleaning. NO DEPOSIT or low deposit available.
