South African looking for a new flat mate.

The flat is bright and airy with great views and a balcony. It's surrounded by parks and greenery. Parking is free around the whole estate and there’s a bike shed. There’s a community bbq area with a barbecue and outside furniture that can be booked to use. Plus there’s a basketball court. Super fast fibre optic broadband and excellent water pressure. Bills are around £120 a month.

Kingston is a 25 minute bus ride away. Putney and Barnes railway station are each a 15 minute bus ride away. The nearest tube station is Putney Bridge, which is not far by bus either. There is an Asda superstore a 15 minute walk away. Plus a Co-op convenience store, a couple of pharmacies, post offices, GP surgeries, dentists and other amenities right around the corner.

I am looking for a flat mate who values cleanliness and tidiness. The ideal flat mate would be friendly and sociable. It's important that they are considerate and respectful of shared spaces and each other's schedules. Overall, I hope to find someone who shares a positive outlook on life.

A reference check will be done to check rent affordability. It will be a joint tenancy on a monthly rolling contract with both tenants to be named on the bills. It’s worth mentioning that the landlord is absolutely brilliant. If you’re not familiar with Roehampton you’ll be pleasantly surprised at how nice a place it is to live.
