We are currently looking for another 2 people to complete a cosy and friendly flat-share! *Rooms are available to move in from the 1st of May.

About the current flatmate:
You’ll be sharing the apartment with Nadia at the moment.
A working professional in her mid 20s, working in Customer Service and studying at university.

A very friendly individual, chatty who enjoys socializing during the day, watching movies/tv-shows together while sharing a bottle of wine after work hours/weekends, but she is also respectful of each other's space. Very clean and respectful of communal areas, so we are looking for someone like-minded to join her in making the flat a home.

About room 1:
It's a furnished double room with a double bed, big wardrobe, bedside table, chest of drawers, foldable desk (perfect for WFH setups!), and shelves - if you're one for good views, the Shard is also visible from the bedroom window.

About room 2:
Double room furnished with ottoman bed style that can be lifted for more space.
(Landlord is flexible and except bed/wardrobe, you can buy/bring your own furniture if you wish).

About the flat location:
The flat is in an excellent location, 30 mins walk to London Bridge/Tower Hill, and close by you have:

- Rotherhithe Overground: 3 minutes walking

- Canada Water Jubilee Line: 6 minutes walking

- Buses 188, 1, 199, C10, 381: The bus stops are around the property

- Nearby gym is free on Fridays and weekends

- Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance

-You can reach any location in central London in approx. 30 minutes

About Rent + Bills:
Room 1 - The rent is £560
Room 2 - The rent is £540

Deposit is £500 when you first move in.
Flexible contract (Ask for more info) but you can also sign for 6 months or a year.

Bills are always around £60-70 (Landlord provides you with full visibility of these every month with receipts of payment). Included in the bills are Gas/Electricity, Council tax, Water, Internet and a cleaner every 2 weeks.
