Beautiful Room Riverside Rotherhithe

I have 2 beautiful rooms available in a two bedroom apartment directly at the riverside with balcony.
Bigger room with ensuit large two wardrobes and own bathroom is 1600 the other room is 1100 and smaller without build in wardrobes and seperat bathroom to be shared. Not on the pictures it's directly facing the balcony with view to the river. Large windows in the living room, rooms etc. So you could just jump in the river for a swim:) ,. I prefer only to share it with one person if possible who can afford 1600£ otherwise both rooms will be rented and the rent is cheaper, currently the price is cheaper due the current situation. With all the amenities like

- washmachine
- kettle
- storage room
- TV etc.
I work most of the time. So not around that much. But when I have time, I am happy to hang out, or do something together, or if you don't want that's totally fine too.

The bills are not included and would be around 100£ depending on water, electricity etc use

Good public transportation.
