Double Room in spacious house with garden!

Hi there!

Our other flatmate is moving out of London so we’re looking for someone to take over the remainder of the tenancy until July 30th 2023.

It’s a really in a fab location less than 5 minutes walk to Canada Water station (Jubilee line) and Rotherhithe Station. You can even walk to London Bridge in 35 minutes!

It’s a house with a big outside patio area, two full bathrooms, large open kitchen/lounge and lots of storage. The room is a really good size with one built in wardrobe and comes furnished (just no desk but we do have an office chair you can use). The room is £800pcm + bills (approx £100 per month).

You’d be living with myself (Sophie) and Claire. We’re both 26 and actually met via SpareRoom three years ago. We enjoy a good Netflix/Pub night/theatre trip and socialise together but also have our own friends. I work in the charity sector and Claire is an interior designer.

We’re looking for someone easygoing and sociable, but respectful of space (aka clean and tidy!) and really looking for somewhere to call home! Must be female (sorry boys!) and a non-smoker.
