Huge King Size Room 20mins from London Bridge

Up for rent is my huge room in beautiful Rotherhithe. The room comes furnished with a king-sized bed, couch, work desk, and built-in wardrobe (behind the travel posters in the pictures). Lots of room to make it your own.

Big fully furnished living room with TV and fully stocked kitchen. The house has 2.5 bathrooms and you will be sharing a bathroom with one other person. We have a nice backyard that we grow veggies in during the summer and are always working on to make a nice space. There is also a lock-up garage and plenty of parking always available.

Very quiet area close to the Thames and Russia Dock Woodlands. Only 20 minutes by bus to London Bridge. 15-20 minute walk to Canada Water Tube Station and Rotherhithe Overground or 5 minutes by bus.

The current housemates include a couple male and female, and one other male. This is an extremely friendly house where we all respect each other's space and enjoy chats over dinner. Shiden is a PhD student at Kings College, Rehwa his partner is also currently studying and working, and Alex is a project manager. I've loved living in this house and hope the next tenant will have just as good of a time here.

Would suit someone who works from home as the room is big enough to double as an office. I've been using it as my YouTube studio.

This has been a great house during the lockdown, with plenty of green spaces outside and lots of sun directly into the room all throughout the day.

The moving date can be flexible, but ideally around the 15th of March.

Bills are about £75 per month on top of rent.
