This spacious room is available for rent from Sunday 31st July. The large 3 bedroom, 3 storey house is situated on the very quiet Plover Way and comes with a small garden, driveway and lots of storage. You would be sharing with two professional ladies in their early 30's and two adorable and hilarious persian cats!

The room is a great size with a really large built-in mirrored wardrobe. It also comes with a queen size bed and shelves. The picture does not do it justice! The room is located on the second floor floor at the rear of the property, so is wonderfully quiet.

The main bathroom is shared between 2 as one of the housemates has an en suite. There is also a separate toilet downstairs opposite the ground floor bedroom.

The house is really spacious with a generous size living room that benefits from lots of natural light through the huge windows. There is an open kitchen with a dining table. We are really fortunate to have such a large communal space so we make use of it, often hanging out together chatting over a glass of wine, watching Netflix/Amazon Prime/Now TV/Disney+ or even just regular tv when we're all home.

Transport is fantastic: the house is about a 12 minute walk from Canada Water tube which benefits from the overground and underground. Surrey Quays station is also very close. Greenland Pier is a 5 minute walk from the house, with ferry services towards both Greenwich and Westminster. There are also lots of bus options too including night buses, with the closest bus stop 2 minutes from the house

Canada Water/Surrey Quays is definitely an up and coming area with lots of great bars, restaurants and cafes. If you’re a fan of brunch, cake or cocktails then there are some great options which we can introduce you to!

Rent is £600 per month, plus bills which are around £150 a month. This includes BT Fibre broadband and a cleaner who cleans all common spaces fortnightly.

Deposit is £600 (to be paid to secure the room) + 1 months rent in advance (to be paid to the landlord on moving in).
