Big double next to the river

I'm looking for a flatmate to move into the larger double of this spacious 2 bed flat. The flat is full of light, it's quiet, there's a balcony at the entrance, a larder in the kitchen, and a hatch (to pass wine) between the kitchen and living room. Wooden floors in most rooms with cork flooring in the hall and bathroom. The Thames is practically on the doorstep, as is Rotherhithe Overground, and Canada Water underground is just 5 minutes walk away. The area is full of cobbled paths, all kinds of flora and fauna, and there is the Mayflower pub a couple of minutes from the flat. The rest of London is easy to navigate from here.

Bills included are internet and water. Gas/electricity and council tax not included. I'll be doing flat viewings from next week and the room is free from December!
