It is located in SE16, just between Rotherhithe and Canada Water stations.
I love the area as it's very well connected, it has Southwark park 5 minutes away and also the Thames!
The area is safe and calm, with friendly neighbours!
This place is amazing!
There are three rooms and two have become available now. A large double and a smaller single room.
There is also a garden/patio where I grow some veggies and which I look forward to using more once the weather gets better :)
The price for the large room is £800 and £500 for the single room. Bills come to about £110/per person
I am currently working in bringing these down, so hopefully they will be lower. That includes council tax (C), gas, power, water, internet and a cleaner every two weeks.
I love going to the theatre, FOOD, exploring new corners of London, having nights in with dinner, wine, netflix and board games and meeting my friends.
I am looking for someone who looks forward to making this a friendly home. Communication and respect are essential.
