Cosy room in 3-storey house

I’m moving in with a friend, but am really sad to be leaving this lovely house with 4 lovely flatmates. The room itself is bright and cozy, and has a built in wardrobe with an amazing amount of storage, plus there are plenty of other shared storage spaces in the house, including an attic. The room is on the first floor, and you will be sharing a bathroom with one other flatmate.

There is a really lovely large living room with lots of natural light, and a view of the river, and also a shared working from home desk station. The kitchen is also really spacious, and the garden is a real sun trap. There is also both a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

The house is in a quiet area right by the river, but is just a 5 minute walk to Rotherhithe station and 10 minute walk to Canada Water station. It’s also super close to some amazing riverside pubs (The Mayflower and the Angel), and about a 15 minute walk to both Southwark Park and the Surrey Quays shopping centre (including a massive Tesco!)

The 4 girls you’ll be living with are all super lovely and friendly, but also very respectful of your space and quiet around the house.

Bills aren’t included, but because they’re split between the 5 girls in the flat, they’re never that much.

The room is available in the next couple of weeks and I’m looking to fill it within the next month. I’m finding someone to take over the room myself, so you won’t have to deal with any agents or landlords. Please message me to organise a viewing or if you have any questions :)
