A large, modern room to rent in a two bedroom flat in Rotherhithe, two minutes walk on to the Thames path, five minutes walk from Rotherhithe station and 10 minutes walk from Canada Water station.

The entire flat is newly furnished with a modern decor throughout.
There are two bathrooms so we effectively have one bathroom each.

The flat is located in a secure gated community where both sides of the flat face onto a quiet car park on one side and onto the Thames river on the opposite side.

Bills are not included in the rent. Generally with gas, electric, council tax, internet and other small bills the total sits around £150 a month so the total cost pcm is about £1135.

You would be sharing with a 35yo man (me) who runs my own company based in Bermondsey as a fashion designer and manufacturer.
