About Us

We are Tom and Melanie, a couple who have lived here for over 10 years. Tom works in property management and is studying for an MA in Philosophy. Melanie works in higher education and is a freelance Pilates teacher. We value creativity and would love to share our workshop and gym space with a like-minded individual.

Practical Information

Short-Term Only: Maximum stay of 2 months

Respectful and Considerate Flatmate Required

No Long-Term Pets or Partners: Occasional overnight guests are fine.

We will be away individually and together over the coming months, so you’ll have the space to yourself at times. We have good relations with our tenants upstairs and neighbours, and we expect the same from you.
