Double Room w/ En suite in cozy SE16 Flat

Heyy! 👋 My gf and I are looking for a new flatmate to join our two bedroom flat as our current flatmate will be moving back home end of May!

The room is a double with en suite, in a bedroom flat facing the river in the peaceful Rotherhithe, in between Bermondsey and Deptford. You’ll have great transport links to most of London with a 20 min walk from Canada Water station (jubilee line) and Rotherhithe Overground, 15 mins bus from london bridge or 5 min lime bike 😙 All bills incl. council tax come to 140 a month.

About us: I wfh 2 days a week as an analyst for a tech company in ldn bridge. My gf works as a private nurse and is out the house monday to friday. We’re generally tidy and are super respectful as flatmates. We enjoy chillaxing on the sofa, watching trash tv and cooking during the week, and typically will both be out seeing friends on the weekend. The room is super cosy, spacious and has plenty of storage !! And really central. Hoping to find someone tidy and likeminded to share the flat with 🙏🙏🙏
