Spacious Thames houseboat with great views

Hi,
My name is Gavin and I look after the boat and sort out admin and finding new boatmates etc and I'm writing as Matt is looking for a new housemate/s. It is a spacious houseboat on the Thames which offers a unique and really enjoyable way of life next to a quiet residential street a short walk from Rotherhithe village. The flat is a two bed both with ensuites and a spacious kitchen and lounge along with two decks accessible all yer round with excellent views along the river. Five minutes walk from the Mayflower pub, Dunregan sits next to the foreshore from where the Mayflower ship set off for America and enjoys great views along the Thames. It is a great location and as well as being a 10 minute walk to Canada Water station on the Jubilee line it is 5 minutes walk from Rotherhithe station on the East London line running north to Shoreditch and south to Clapham. I'm organising this as Matt is busy enough but it is Matt you'll meet when viewing and then if all is going ahead you'll be sorting contracts etc with me. I used to live on the river up near Tower Bridge so can answer many of your questions but now I just manage a few boats.
