I've sadly moved back to Australia and am seeking a flatmate to take my place in a warm and welcoming house-share with four young professional ladies. This is a women-only household per the landlord's preferences.

The space:
- Well maintained room with spacious ensuite in a three-storey home neighbouring the Thames riverside
- Large living and dining and a garden to enjoy in the summer
- Walkable, leafy and inner Zone 2 area with direct connections to key hubs like London Bridge, Bermondsey and Shoreditch

The housemates:
- Four young professional women (ages 25-31) from England, Wales, Cyprus and the USA
- Easy going, sociable and responsible
- Enjoy friendly chats and occasional outings, but all respect privacy and lead busy, vibrant lives!

Transport:
- 5 minutes walk to Rotherhithe overground station (Windrush line)
- 10 minutes walk to Canada Water tube station (Jubilee line)
- 40 minutes walk to London Bridge along the beautiful riverside (if you fancy it!)
- Easy walk to 381, C10, 47 and 188 buses to Central London

Bills:
- The rent is £680 per month
- With all bills included it tends to come to £800-830 per month total depending on household energy use.

We prefer someone who fits the household and can move in ASAP.
