Double Room in Canada Water/Rotherhithe

We have a spacious room available for the month of August, in this lovely 4 bedroom house located along the Thames path in the area of Rotherhithe/Canada Water.

The house is only a 5 minute walk from Rotherhithe overground station and a 10 minute walk from Canada Water station, both of which are served by the night tube on weekends.

Our home is a 3 story house with 4 double bedrooms, a spacious living room and two bathrooms, each one with an individual toilet and bath/shower. The available room is on the first floor with a window looking out onto the back garden, and is fully furnished with a double bed, a huge built-in wardrobe, and a bedside table with drawers. The kitchen is fully equipped, and includes a dining table. We also have a sunny garden and patio.

About us - we are a household of young people, all in our late 20's or early 30's, all friendly, respectful and considerate flatmates.

The rent for the room is £500 including bills. The deposit is £100. Viewings will be held on an ongoing basis.
