This is an Ensuite double room available in this lovely top floor riverside apartment the rent is for 700pcm. The deposit is 5 weeks rent £807.00.

I am looking for respectable and clean people to live here. NO COUPLES PLEASE.

This flat is shared with one other gentleman called Alex who is a lovely polite and courteous guy.

Bills will be on top and divided between you and your flatmate . In total around 180-200 each in total for absolutely everything.

Covered parking and Free On street parking available.

For transport the closest stations are Canada water on Jubilee line and Rotherhithe both on the London Overground.
There is also the C10 bus stop outside the building which takes you to Victoria via Elephant and castle. The 381 Bus and N381 buses are available to Waterloo via borough and South bank.
