Due to the recent increase in bills I will also request a £75per month contribution for the bills. (Bringing monthly total to £925pcm)

Very comfortable bed with large wardrobe and chest of draws.

High speed internet ready (Hyperoptic).

Housemates are lovely and all professional (two female one male, (one female French, one female Bulgarian, one male Swiss) who are clean, tidy and very respectful.

This apartment is in a nice quaint area. Located Opposite Doubletree Hilton Docklands. (Acorn Walk SE16 Please look it up on Google maps)

For transport the closest stations are Canada water on Jubilee line and Rotherhithe both on the London Overground.
There is also the C10 bus stop outside Acorn Walk which takes you to Victoria via Elephant and castle.
The 381 Bus and N381 buses are available to Waterloo via borough and South bank.

I also have everyone on a WhatsApp group so any issues can be voiced there.

Reference from work and previous landlord will be required. I will arrange this.
