Ideally seeking a PhD, post-grad or mature student, or weekday-in-London professional, to share with a quiet freelance writer who works from home. I'm more Radio 4 than Radio 1, tidy and considerate. This is a non-smoking/vaping home, and I don't drink.

South facing, light Double room. Lots of wardrobe and draw space, neutral decoration, small desk and chair. Upstairs bathroom (shared), great shower, additional downstairs toilet, sitting room, dining room, kitchen, washing machine, dryer, dish washer, microwave. Wi-fi & fast broadband, nice garden. Possible permit parking on street. All bills except land line included.

Will consider well behaved pets, but please note that there are double glazed French doors to the garden, so no means of having a cat flap.

Good access to UEL Docklands campus (376 bus from end of road takes 4 mins), Canary Wharf (approx 30 mins door to door via DLR), London City Airport, LB Newham offices, Newham General Hospital (10 mins door to door via bus). Would suit quiet and considerate mature professional or post-grad/PhD student.

Secure storage available for bicycle.

Several parks and the docks near by, and sports centre. Very quiet residential area. Supermarkets near by (Asda and Lidl).

Nearest DLR stations - Prince Regent, Royal Albert and Beckton Park (Canning Town to Beckton branch). Nearest tube - Canning Town (Jubilee Line). Close bus stops for 262 (Stratford-East Beckton), N551 (Trafalgar Sq - Galleons Reach), 300 (Canning Town-East Ham) 376 (Beckton DLR, Newham General Hospital, East Ham).
