New modern top floor double room with balcony!

I have a double bedroom available in my 3 bedroom flat. The room has a king size bed with a really comfy Silentnight pocket sprung memory foam topped mattress (so comfy!). There is space to move the bed and get a desk in too if you need to work from home.

The flat has a large open plan living room/kitchen and a large private balcony boasting great views from the 13th floor (Top floor). High-end kitchen appliances, countertops and finishes etc. It is fully furnished and has lots of amenities included like a Nespresso machine.

It’s right next to Pontoon dock DLR station.
- 15 mins to Canary Wharf
- 20 mins to Bank
- 22 mins to London Bridge
The flat has a 24 hr concierge, free access to residents gym, CCTV, on site security and secure bicycle storage.

Bills are not included but are all set up so you don’t have to worry about that. It obviously various but they are around £300 pm in total (split however many people are in the flat). Wi-Fi is great and unlimited. We have a cleaner that comes once a week, she does ironing too if needed!

Who you’ll be living with:
- Tom (me), I work in finance for PwC near London Bridge.

In normal/non-Covid times I like going for drinks after work or hitting the gym/swimming. If I’m not travelling somewhere new on the weekend I’ll likely be going out for a walk, chilling out in the flat watching TV/Netflix, cooking a Sunday roast etc.

I am looking for a housemate who is fun, tidy, respectful and who cleans up after themselves.
