Double Room avail w/ Private Bathroom & River View

Hi All,

I've just moved into this new-build flat and am looking for a flatmate.

The Location:

The flat is located in the Royal Wharf development, minutes walk from the Thames Barrier Park. It is a top floor penthouse, so the views and light are amazing.

In terms of local amenities, there are coffee shops, cafes and a pub currently open on the development, with restaurants due to open in the coming months. For transport, West Silvertown/Pontoon Dock/Custom House are all walkable (WS being a 5 min walk) and are all on the DLR (one stop to Canning Town for Jubilee line). Custom House will be part of Elizabeth line once it opens....There is also the Emirates skyline down the road to take you to North Greenwich, and the Thames Clipper pier is a minutes walk away which takes you all the way along the Thames.

The Flat:

The flat is a top floor penthouse with floor to ceiling windows throughout. There are two bedrooms, one of which is en suite, so you would have sole use of the main bathroom. There is a large lounge area, with open plan kitchen and a large wrap-around balcony across the two external sides of the property which gets the sun throughout most of the day. The development also features a state of the art gym (membership included in rent), Swimming Pool, 24 hour concierge, post room and security service as well as several community gardens.

Bills are not included in the rent however, I do have Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV+ and Sky Go on the TV which would be included at no extra charge.

The Room:

The room available is a very light and open double, with floor to ceiling windows and views out over the river. The room is furnished with a brand new bed (with storage underneath), bedside tables and a built in wardrobe (with additional chest of drawers inside). The room would have sole use of the main bathroom, which is large, with a bath and shower.

The flatmate:

You would be sharing with me. I am a 26 year old professional, working in the city (pre-covid).

In my spare time, I enjoy playing sports and going out, as much as I like an evening on the sofa watching TV.

Ideally looking for a friendly, tidy and respectful flatmate with similar interests.
