The room is furnished including bed, wardrobe, drawers with a shared bathroom between you & someone else. The property is 3 bedrooms with on en-suite. The apartment is modern, spacious & we do also have a balcony (however there is currently scaffolding on the apartment). We have an open plan living room, dining room & kitchen. The closest tube station is Gallions Reach which is on the DLR which has great transport links with Canning Town only 10 minutes away. We are located in zone 3. We also have a garage and a parking space for guests.
The room is £580 (not including bills which would be Internet, council tax & electricity).
The 2 current flat mates are both working and mid-twenties and would Iike someone similar/like-minded.
