There’s a park nearby and there’s great transport links into most parts of London (via DLR Westsilvertown). So you can easily get into Canning Town for the jubilee line, Stratford for central, Bank (+more).
Please note you will need to meet affordability criteria earning at least £40k per annum.
You’d be sharing with a 26 year old female working in finance 5x a week in the office.
