I have a large double room available in a newish (18 months old) waterside apartment for a single professional. The main bathroom will be your bathroom as I have an en suite.

Room is furnished to a high spec with an expensive mattress so you'll be able to get a good nights sleep!

Large kitchen/living room/diner with outside space and all mod cons. Concierge is also available 7 days a week 7-8.

Also have high speed fibre (FTTP) broadband.

When I am back in the office after lock down, I'll also have a fortnightly cleaner.

A bit about me.... I work in IT, enjoy keeping fit, going out, travelling etc. I also have a small dog (Pekingese), he's friendly and quiet (he also doesn't shed dog hair everywhere).

If you are interested you must be a clean and tidy person! People who are messy and dirty need not apply! Sense of humour is also a must :)

The area is lovely and peaceful and the flat is located on a small peninsula which is surrounded by water on 3 sides.

Nearest DLR is Gallions Reach. Door to door it's about 30 mins to Bank/Tower Gateway/Canary Wharf on the DLR. 7 mins on the DLR for access to the Jubilee line.

There is a co-op on the development as well as a large Tesco, Sainsbury's and Asda close by as well as a retail park (Gallions Reach).

UEL Sportsdock and Phoenix gyms are located about a 5 minute walk away.
