Studio Flat, 10 mins Portobello Road, 5 mins Tube

Large Spacious Studio flat as pictured. The Studio has its own kitchen. The bathroom is shared, but I am rarely in London ( the occasional weekend)
The Studio is set up so that it is self-contained. I keep the annexed room myself, but live outside of London.
I will require work references, like payslips etc. I will not take a person who is working in hospitality. to take this rental you must be in secure work, that is ongoing during the pandemic.
Bills are included. Water, internet, heating etc.
I WILL BE DOING VIEWINGS on Saturday 6th, and Sunday 7th.
