Rent Options:

Monday to Friday: £500 per month - Ideal for busy professionals who need a comfortable space during the workweek.

Safety and Documentation: Prioritizing safety and security, we kindly request that interested lodger provide their full name exactly as it appears on their passport via private message before proceeding with the lodger rental process. This helps us ensure the safety and security of everyone involved. Your understanding and cooperation in this matter are greatly appreciated. Once we have this information, we can arrange a viewing to discuss further details.

Additional Requirements:

To proceed with the rental, we'll need to verify your Proof of EU Settlement Scheme (settled and pre-settled status), contact details of your workplace, and a copy of your passport.
Overnight stays by individuals other than the lodger are not permitted in the room.
Couples, unfortunately, are not considered for this rental.
Please note that you'll be moving into a room within a family home, alongside one other lodger and myself.
As my grandchildren occasionally visit and have allergies, we regretfully cannot accommodate pets.
