Rent includes all bills & cleaner twice a month.
The room has a desk, chair, wardrobe and chest of drawers, and there are bed drawers as well. Brand new carpet.
The kitchen is really big and connects onto the living room. It has a futon sofa bed guests can stay on. Very comfy dining chairs and sofa and all the TV and film options possible.
The flat is in a block opposite Imperial Wharf Overground station - with a change at Shepherds Bush you can reach Oxford Street in under 30mins, and it's around 25 minutes to Waterloo via Clapham Jct. Near Chelsea Wharf for riverboats too.
1 min to a Tesco and 3 minutes to the river for evening walks and a large park to sunbathe in. About 20 min walk to Fulham Broadway and Parsons Green. There are gyms and restaurants nearby.
About me: I'm a 41yr old professional who works full time in Central London. I love cooking and tucking into the latest Netflix box set. I occasionally look after my neighbour's dachshund so looking for someone okay with dogs
Room is available 1st February but I'm happy to wait for the right person.
