A number of bars and restaurants within a close range including the lovely Sand’s End.

River path running routes - l use them a lot and they’re some of the best run routes in the city.

Overground is 6 minutes walking.
Fulham broadway/Parsons Green both around a 15 minute walk.

OneLdn is a very good local gym and very well priced. 5 minutes away.
