Sands End room available!

Hello all!

We have a room available in our Fulham flat. It’s a lovely area with a huge Sainsburys nearby and the river bank like five minutes away. Imperial Wharf station is a 10 minutes walk, Parsons Green is a 15 min walk, and Wandsworth Town station a 10 minute walk over the bridge. More importantly, super close to some great pubs in Parsons Green and the Fulham Arms (formerly the Sands End - may she rest in peace) is right round the corner.

Rent is £1050/month without bills (bills come to about £95/£115 a month roughly). The room itself has in built cupboards and a double bed with rail frames and a memory foam mattress. Deposit is £1,093.

The flat has an incredible claw foot bathtub, and a large bathroom which you’d be sharing with one other individual. The rest of the house is airy with lots of light and large windows in communal areas. We also have a small garden ideal for little bbqs and summer gatherings.

You would be living with two other people - both working professionals. Ruairí, 29, works for England Rugby and loves photography/cinema. Gabi works in aerospace and rinses ClassPass (great Pilates studio round the corner and CrossFit gym nearby) and coffee walks at the weekend. Both of us are quite social and like spending time watching tv in the evening/going to the pub with friends. Looking for someone with a similar vibe who is tidy and wants to live somewhere sociable!
