Single room to let in Seven Kings

Looking for a female only. Prefer a working professional. I must stress that alcohol is not permitted in the property and neither is smoking. Only halal meat is permitted, shoes cannot be worn upstairs on the carpet (house slippers are fine) and no male visitors are permitted to the property. Vegetarians are welcome. Please note that these things are non-negotiable so kindly do not make contact if this isn’t for you.
There is a living room area which would not be accessible for the housemate but the housemate is welcome to use the dining room area.
The housemate will benefit from a brand new kitchen and bathroom (one cabinet can be provided in the kitchen). The single room to be let can be supplied furnished if so desired (with single bed, clothes rail and chest of drawers). Parking is available in the driveway. The property is around a 15 min walk to Seven Kings station, around a 20 min walk to Goodmayes station and around a 22/23 min walk to Barking station. The road where the property is situated has excellent bus links.
A little about me: I am a professional lady who works from home. I have a few family members and friends who may visit me here and there but other than that, the house is relatively quiet. I would just ask the housemate to be courteous, keep noise to a minimum if possible and to clean up after themselves. Other than that, I’m pretty chilled and easygoing.
WiFi and council tax are inclusive but I would ask the housemate to contribute £25 towards the energy and water bills every month. Pictures can be made available and viewing is welcome (subject to social distancing).
