We're looking for a flatmate for our place from now.
It is a really nice, open plan living room/kitchen 3 bedroom converted warehouse turned into a home over 9 years living lovingly in it.
Lots of natural light and a sunset in your living room everyday.
The rooms are all the same, not too big but cosy, with a skylight to enjoy the nightsky.
We would like someone who likes to live in a nice space looking after it, and perhaps who also wants to dine and hang out and share.
The area is mixed residential/industrial and right next to Markfield Park, the river Lea, and the marshes natural areas. There is also a buzzing artist community in the warehouses. Transport-wise it's near Seven Sisters (Victoria Line and Overground), South Tottenham (Overground) and Tottenham Hale (Victoria Line and Overground) for transport links in every direction.
The whole place is in my name and I deal with rent and all bills, so all you have to do is to pay a lump sum of £650pcm and that covers all, including broadband internet.
Creative Jenny also lives here, and Solene, a Belgium girl who works with primary school children.
The heating is always on in winter so it's a bit like living in the tropics!
