Our beautiful flat is up for rent. It's really big for a one-bed, much bigger than most, with loads of space for storage, including a large loft and a separate laundry room with washer and dryer.
It has a separate kitchen so you can leave the washing up and chill after dinner or whilst someone is cooking. Although there is also a full size dishwasher.
The lounge is spacious enough for dinner parties and the sofa-bed means friends or parents can easily come and stay for the weekend etc.
However the flat is only suitable for singles or couples. No flat sharers please.
It is lovely and quiet to the rear with garden views, and being on the top floor there is no-one above you so little noise.
