Cozy Double Room to Rent – Seven Sisters

We are looking for someone to move into our lovely cozy double room on the 3rd January 2018 – only 10-minute walk, 5-minute bus ride from Seven Sisters Tube Station (Victoria Line - zone 3) and 15 mins bus ride from Manor House (Piccadilly line - zone 2)

Features of the room;

* Double sized bed

* Large window that provides lots of natural light (south facing so gets all the warm sunlight all day!)

* 2 tables (one big, one small)

* Wardrobe is outside of the room, opposite the door

* As you can see via the pictures our current housemate has a lot of stuff, which makes the room look smaller but when it’s cleared it’s a good sized room (excellent for the price!)

* Wooden floors (same as rest of the house)

* Lots of natural light with large windows throughout

* Double glazed windows throughout

* Large bathroom with lots of storage

* Standard sized kitchen with plenty of surface space for cooking

* 2 fridges, 1 freezer

* Cozy living room

* Backyard area – complete with small shed, BBQ and outdoor seating - perfect for small gatherings with friends :)

* Quiet, friendly street with good transport links via bus - 230 to Wood green, 41 to Archway/Seven sisters, 341 to Waterloo/ Edmonton Green (Ikea 20 mins away!) and 67 to Wood green/ Shoreditch. Also we have a lovely neighbor who is always in to take deliveries (very useful!)

About us;

* We are both working professionals who work full time jobs so not in the house too much – but when we are, we like to have a nice relaxed homey feel - we like to cook together and watch films, generally chill out! So we are looking for someone who fits into that mantra if possible!

Bills usually amount to around £100pm – this includes council tax, water, electricity, gas & Wi-Fi.

Deposit - £600
