Hello! We are a group of friendly, outgoing young professionals looking to sublet a room in our lovely house between 1st January – 20th March. There may be opportunity to extend the tenancy after our current lease expires at the end of March.
The house is a mix of students (Lisa and Ronke) and Sam (works 9-5) all between 24 and 26 years old.

The room is furnished with chest of drawers, double bed, and bedside table/w lamp.
The house is a 1 minute from Seven Sisters tube and Overground Station (Victoria Line).

Its a full house with garden, a spacious shared living room (not displayed in photos but also in the living room is a fold out table that currently seats 4 but folds out to seat 6) Kitchen, 1 bathroom upstairs with toilet, shower and bath. Downstairs is a separate toilet and separate shower.
There's a quiet garden and all the shops are under 1 minutes walk away (Sainsbury’s, Costa Coffee) and a Tesco (3 min walk).

* The rent is £700 per month and all bills (plus council tax) are included.
This a 3-month sublet so you will not be required to sign a contract or need a deposit.
We would like to meet any potential flatmates before the move in. I will be in London until the 17th of December for viewings. After that I’m back on the 30th of December.
