*Room in a creative warehouse*
You’d be moving in with 4 others, 2 men, 2 women, and our cute kitten, Moon. We work in fashion, events, documentary films, and in the music industry. 🌿🐅 Our heritages are mixed; and we value diversity and look for open-minded people. We are aged between 25-31.
Our space consists of a (very) large living area with a mezzanine jungle, full of plants, and lots of light due to its windowed ceiling. Our common area has a big projector screen, amazing for films. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the place is spacious.
The room is special, with a tall ceiling, and a mezzanine bed (accessed by a ladder) above the entrance. It has a window with direct sunlight (good for plants!), and built-in shelves that can also be a desk. It comes with a mattress and a wardrobe and clothes hanger. We share one bathroom.
The place is 10mins away from Seven Sisters and Tottenham Hale station. We have major supermarkets, independent shops, and a retail park, all within walking distance.
We’re looking for someone to be part of our little community. We love film nights and dinners. Our vibe is more chilled, trying to be respectful of each other’s space. It’s £580 a month including bills and a £520 deposit.
Ready to move in between now and the 27th of July.
