We are three girls and one guy who live in a 4 bedroom house in Seven Sisters.
The house has a lovely big garden which gets the sun all day, a good sized kitchen with a table that can seat 8, shared living room, nice light bathroom and separate toilet. It’s a 10 min walk to Seven Sisters tube station. There’s a good park at the end of the road, a cool local pub, cute brunch place and craft beer bottle shop all close by.
House mates include Laura who works in the arts, Becky a make up artist, Mel who works for a London Council and Jag works in design.
We’re a sociable house and love a bbq or trip to the pub, but are usually more chilled in the week. We’ve all rented for a while and are down with the being clean/respectful stuff.
The room is £620 per month, excluding bills which usually cost around £90 per month and we also have a cleaner who comes once a week.
A 4 week deposit is required.
The house really is lovely and needs to be seen to be appreciated.
If you're interested drop us a message with a bit about yourself and we'll get back to you.
